Miami Children’s Museum is a 501(c)3 non-profit,
educational
institution, which meets the needs of all
children in our multicultural community.
Visitors of all ages are encouraged to play
together, learn, imagine and create. The museum
offers interactive exhibits, programs, and
learning materials related to arts, culture,
community and communication.
The Museum supports other non-profit
organizations in their fundraising efforts by
donating passes through our Guest Pass Donation
Program. If approved, your organization will
receive four (4) free-guest passes, with a
retail value of $40. All guest passes donated
are valid one year from date of issue.
Requests are served on a first-come, first
served basis and every effort is made to fulfill
qualified requests. However, due to the high
volume of requests, there is no guarantee that
any given request will be fulfilled.
To qualify:

Your organization must be a non-profit

The mission of your organization must
support the enrichment of the Museum’s core
audience, children between the ages 0-12.
To submit, please include the following:

A copy of your organization’s 501(c)3 form
-
Copy of the organization’s mission statement
(Not required for schools)

A brief description of the event and any
additional auction control forms
To be considered:

All donation requests must be in writing and
on your organization’s letterhead

We will not accept requests via telephone,
e-mail or fax.

All donation requests must be received by
the Children’s Museum at least (6) WEEKS in
advance of your event.

All organizations may only request one
donation during a 12-month period.

Please note that we receive a high volume of
requests and are not able to provide status
information regarding your submission either via
telephone or email. If your organization is
granted the pass request, you will receive 4
complementary passes via mail about two to three
weeks prior to your event.
