Dia De Los Muertos (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Decorate your own sugar skull, drum along with Drumming for Wellness, and join us in a spooky parade.
Saturday, November 8th
Sensory Saturday (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Yoga, art, music and other great sensory experiences await you and your child in this special event set aside for children with sensory processing disorders and their families. Lights and sounds will be dimmed to create a comfortable environment for children to explore. Pre-registration is required. Tuesday, November 11th
Veteran's Day (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Participate in our patriotic crafts, and write a thank you note. Veterans are free and will receive a small token of our appreciation.
Saturday, November 15th
America Recycles Day (1:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
Participate in a recycled art workshop, and have a visit with the Trash Monster. Play fun games that can teach you all about recycling, and make some energy-saving solar ovens!
Tuesday, November 18th
Susan Ford Collins Workshop (6:00 pm)
An evening of stories that will make you a more powerful parent... and make your kids more confident and successfull.

National Adoption Day! (6:30 am - 2:00 pm)
The Museum will be closed to the public.

Target Free Third Friday (3:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
Thanks to the generosity of Target Corporation, visitors can roam the Museum free of charge, every third Friday of each month, from 3 pm to 9 pm. Due to the number of visitors on Target Free Third Fridays, we suggest leaving strollers at home or in the car.
Wednesday, November 26th
Thanksgiving Celebration (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)
Create an Indian chief hat and a pilgrim hat, and decorate a feather turkey. Enjoy our original Thanksgiving play by our MCM Players, and you can join our MCM Thanksgiving Parade.
Friday November 28th
Native American Heritage Day

Hear different tales from Native American folklore, design your own Indian vests and hats, and create a dream catcher.
Mini Monday Mornings
Every Monday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Join us for a special time with the littlest members of your family. Mini Monday Mornings are designed for children under three years old to have a quiet time to explore the Museum and enjoy programs made just for them. We will engage all of their senses with painting, sand play, story times, and a puppet show. There will be no school group visits on these mornings.

Teaching artists Daniela and Joan inspire imagination and creativity with one-of-a-kind, hands-on art projects. These art activities are fun for all ages and demonstrate different ways of creating art using color, lines, shapes and patterns.
MEET OUR MCM PLAYERS
Create, imagine, and explore with our theatrical troupe, the MCM Players. Join Peter, Dream, Shira, and Bree-Anna every weekend for fun stories told through remarkable readings, puppet shows, and stage performances. You’ll laugh, dance, and shout with us.
