Virtual Explorers Club

Our new virtual Explorers Club offers high quality, live and interactive workshops for children ages 6-10 years. Professional educators and community partners guide club members through a series of hands-on, self-expressive activities to explore making and art. Clubs are designed to safely engage and creatively challenge participants, fostering their ability to think, communicate and create in small group settings.

  • Art, health, fitness, and virtual games
  • Theatrical experiences and science experiments
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and collaborative skills

$12 per Club Class | $55 for 5 Club Classes | $100 for 10 Club Classes

The Leadership Club

The Leadership Club

This program provides a safe and fun environment where children engage in social activities designed to maximize their fullest potential. Building strong academic skills, while building character, helps to reinforce the traits of a successful leader. Through collaborative efforts and on-going projects, children will have an opportunity to develop and practice these skills.  

Lessons learned in these activities include:

  • Working as part of team
  • Managing challenging situations
  • Learning relaxation techniques
  • Prioritizing skills
  • Planning & Implementing projects
  • Establishing good study habits

MiChiMu Cooking Classes

MiChiMu Cooking Classes

MiChiMu Cooking Classes are hands-on classes designed to create and promote healthy eating habits, teach basic cooking skills, and expand children’s knowledge of nutrition and food-related vocabulary. These classes are led by a culinary school graduate Chef that prepares fresh and nutritious foods.

MiChiMu Science Classes

MiChiMu Science Classes

This class creates an environment that integrates the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) program, promoting scientific thinking by supporting a young child’s exploration and experimentation with the world around them. It provides children with the foundation for critical thinking and problem solving including identifying problems, making predictions, hypothesizing, investigating and recording of scientific events.
