SEPT 17: NOT SO SCARY FAMILY HALLOWEEN BASH AT MIAMI CHILDREN’S MUSEUM
Miami, FL (September 17, 2018): Once again the Miami Children’s Museum is bringing Halloween’s most fun event to South Florida! The 9th annual Not So Scary Family Halloween Bash, chaired by Steven & Virginia Weber with Honorary Chair WTVJ personality Roxanne Vargas, will be held on Sunday, October 14th from 1PM to 5PM.
Get ready to trick or treat throughout the Museum’s 17 galleries! This family friendly costume bash, presented by Capital One, features a toddler room, donut decorating with Dunkin Donuts, mini pumpkin decorating, performances led by the Museum’s Theater Troupe, lunch provided by Pollo Tropical, character meet & greet, and more! Plus brave the not so scary haunted tour through our NEW exhibit, Pirate Island, before it opens to the public. Guests will also be able to enjoy treats from Shipt, GoGo Squeez, Power Crunch, Sugarman Candy, Vintage Pops and more! The event will have free parking courtesy of Miami Parking Authority.
All tickets can be purchased in advance at: notsocary.michimu.net. Admission is $50.00 for non-members and $40.00 for Members. Early bird ticket pricing is available now through October 9 with tickets starting at $45 for non-members and $35 for Museum Members. The Museum is closed for the event and the only entrance is through the purchase of a ticket. All funds raised for the event will directly support the Museum’s educational programs, ensuring the highest quality educational and arts programming for South Florida’s youth and families.
