Details

  • The classrooms cannot be rented during the school day as they are used as classroom space for our Early Childhood Institute Preschool.
  • On the weekends the classrooms are used to host our Birthday Parties (12-2 and 3-5). The classrooms are available to rent as long as a Birthday Party is not occupying the space.

What types of events can be hosted at the museum?

You can host a wide range of events at the museum, including meetings, parties, receptions, and more. Book a space for a birthday party or hold an exciting meeting that team members will be talking about for years to come.

Is catering available, or can we bring our own?

Food and beverages for events held at the museum need to be ordered from specific catering menus, at an additional charge on the original booking. While you can bring in cupcakes and/or cake for a birthday party, no other outside food or beverage is allowed. No alcohol is allowed at any time.

You can bring in outside food for dietary restrictions, including allergies or religious accommodations.

Are there any restrictions on event decorations?

You cannot use confetti or glitter as part of your event decor. Furthermore, you cannot place tape on walls or doors. If you bring a piñata, it must be the pull-string variety. These restrictions are put in place to help protect the condition of the space so that it can be used for years to come.
