Our Field Trips are available for Pre-K – 5th Grade and are led by professional Museum educators. We encourage schools to bring their classes to explore the Museum and play, learn, imagine, and create! This hands-on educational experience emphasizes the Museum’s core areas of art, culture, community, and communication. We promote creativity as well as positive child development, while meeting national and state learning objectives.

25 Students and 5 Adult Chaperones per Tour Group.
To ensure a high-quality visit, each tour group cannot exceed 27 students and 7 chaperones. Larger groups will be divided accordingly.

Tours are payable by credit card, cash, or check. We do not accept purchase orders. Payment is due on or before the day of the tour.
There is a $50 penalty fee per group for cancellations within one week of the scheduled program. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Get to the root of sustainable living with this hands-on planting activity! Learn the basics of botany through an interactive discussion and get a head start at cultivating your garden by planting your very own vegetable then watch it grow at home or in your classroom!

Cancellation and/or changes to the group tour reservation that occurs between two (2) weeks and 24 hours prior to the scheduled program, will be assessed a $50 penalty fee per group. No-shows and/or day-of cancellations will be changed the full group tour amount of $200 per group. Without prior notification of any changes, the full tour fee will be due upon arrival at the Museum.
