Digital Membership Card

We have implemented a digital Membership card for our Members to be more in line with our environmentally friendly organization and to give you easy access to your Membership. With this initiative, your updated card will always be available on your smartphone.

How to Download Your Digital Membership Card:

• Download the FREE eMembership app on Google Play or in the Apple App Store

• Select Miami Children’s Museum

• Click “Find My Membership Card”

• Enter your last name and phone number

FAQ Questions to be updated:

Q: When is my membership activated?

A: Your membership is active the day you join the Museum. Please present your photo ID or confirmation email to enjoy your benefits. You can download your e-membership card immediately after your purchase.

Q: How can I access my membership cards?

A: All memberships are now digital through the free eMembership App from the Apple App store or Google Play Store! This perk is not only environmentally friendly but also provides you access to your membership cards immediately after purchase. As always you can also use your photo ID to check-in at the Museum.

Q: Can my babysitter/nanny/caregiver/grandparents bring my children to the museum without me?

A: If someone other than the designated adults on the membership account will be bringing the children, we recommend upgrading to a Caregiver Membership. No name needs to be assigned to the caregiver card as it is interchangeable, and it also includes an additional undesignated guest in addition to the two named cardholders. You may upgrade to a Caregiver Membership at any time during your membership.
