Our family inclusive classes are designed to promote early childhood learning and development through play. Cognitive, social and physical skills are explored through science, art, movement and literature; all designed to meet the growing needs of young children. Below are the fee-based, 1-hour classes for the 2023 Spring Session.
Why Choose Miami Children’s Museum for Early Learning? At Miami Children’s Museum, we believe that the foundations of a lifelong love for learning are built through joyful, hands-on experiences. Our early childhood classes are more than just an hour of activity; they are a gateway to discovery. By blending the Reggio Emilia philosophy with museum-based education, we create an environment where curiosity is the teacher and the world is the classroom.
Whether your child is experimenting with gravity in our science sessions or expressing their emotions through vibrant brushstrokes in our art modules, they are developing the critical "executive function" skills needed for future academic success. Our educators are experts in child development, guiding small groups to ensure every child feels seen, heard, and encouraged to explore.
The perfect balance of discovery and play. A Museum based program implementing an innovative approach to school readiness.
