Big Anthony is supposed to look after her house and tend her garden, but one day, when she goes over the mountain to visit Strega Amelia, he recites the magic verse over the pasta pot, with disastrous results.

Although our Theatre Troupe uses Laughter Yoga primarily as an audience warm-up, its practitioners maintain that the true therapeutic benefits accrue only with sustained laughter of five minutes or more. In order to keep laughing there are several different techniques which keep the laughter going. These techniques can be done alone or with friends, the benefits are the same! In this activity, Peter will demonstrate some of the laugh exercises we find useful.
