Although our Theatre Troupe uses Laughter Yoga primarily as an audience warm-up, its practitioners maintain that the true therapeutic benefits accrue only with sustained laughter of five minutes or more. In order to keep laughing there are several different techniques which keep the laughter going. These techniques can be done alone or with friends, the benefits are the same!
